Membership Form

The membership form will have to be filled in duplicate by the producer along with the requisite documents mentioned there in such as Memorandum & Articles of Association (in case of a company)/Partnership Deed (in case of a partnership firm) and 2 photos of the Authorised Representative plus Fees for securing admission to the Guild. The membership form can be sent at the Guild Secretariat – 1003-04, 10th Floor, Fun Republic Lane, New Link Road, Andheri (West), Mumbai – 400 053.
